@ballondusoleil Geralidine is entirely correct that these photos (cute and a nice boost) can lead to scam seeds (eg imseeds!) As there is no such plant that looks like cats or even puppy faces. So while I think it's nice to enjoy the photos, just remember the reality is that no such plants look exactly like cats or puppies (or pandas etc).
However Martha Stewart does offer a few plants that do look like animals even though still some imagination may be required:

@Seymour I saw that article a while ago. How funny. Might actually be what I saw in the first place that had me thinking the cat ones were a real thing. In regard to the warnings, though, I think we got it, but thanks for looking out. 😘 I personally wouldn’t buy seeds of any kind, especially off of the internet, though I fully admit I haven’t a clue as to what an “imseed” is.
@HisLobster what I mean is DO NOT be FOOLed by this link and DO NOT buy any seeds from Here !!! I was fooled once ordering some CP seeds but I never received them, they often substitute pepper corns for seeds to fool buyers

Maybe one day there might be something as fantastic as these AI kitty flowers. How many things began as just a thought or a scribble and then became reality? Nice to dream...

I think many of us have had moments like this when we get duped so it makes us extra vigilant and seem a bit over the top when warning others but it comes from a place of caring so that no one else gets duped.
Unfortunately it doesn't mean we're safe from scams. The scams evolve into something new and then we have to add to our knowledge bank of the warning signs.

@ballondusoleil I did get an odd package of “seeds” without any ID that was from China via Ukraine ?!? Needless to say whatever they were never grew
But having said that I did get a lot of lovely seeds from an Australian provider and looking to buy more (eg cinnamon basil ?!?)

I've very careful about any seeds online these days !
