What is this on my plant? 😊💚 #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeo...

What is this pointy growth on my philodendron Subhastatum? I’ve had it for about six months. It is not an aerial root. Thank you for educating me. Please also let me know if I should remove it.

@CaffeinatedFern I spend a lot of time in my plant room. Now I am catching myself glancing over at that thing/leaf as if it’s going to spring open saying “It’s me! Here I am!”
