Is this your broken and regrowing monstera? It’s a little blurry when I try to zoom in, so I can’t quite identify it yet. Looks too big to be a thrip though πŸ‘ Almost looks like an ant? Can you take another picture if it’s still around?

It looks like it’s damaging your plant so I would be concerned. I would get rid of it. οΏΌ
