Progress pics of my #AlocasiaTigrinaSuperba ‘s newest leaf about to unfurl, after she lost SEVEN since last autumn! 🥹 She was really struggling for a while and I was afraid I’d lose her, so this feels GOOD! You can see in her biggest leaf, she’s got some yellow on the end from her pH imbalance this winter. Luckily @TheOddAsity helped me fix that! And she got stressed by me moving, so she has been through it! But Kalani is back 🥳💖🌿🙏🏻🪴🤗 ALSO, can you see in the last 2 pics, another new leaf is about to pop out any time now! See that tiny bit of green at the top of the ridge in the last pic? That’s the new leaf. It looks so much clearer in real life, but my crappy phone camera is the best I can do! Update on this one: the tippy tip of the new leaf has now poked up through thr petiole. By morning I bet we will have a fair bit of green showing! Yes, I AM aware I’m a huge dork for getting this excited. I really don’t care. Have you seen the world lately? We have to take every drop of joy we can find. This is mine ♥️🌿♥️🌿♥️
