How to fertilize Zeylanica Snake Plant
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Zeylanica Snake Plant after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

🌷 good morning 🌷 I’ve been a bit absent recently since ive had so much going on but i think things are finally starting to slow down for a bit which is nice because ive missed my planty time 😭 Today we have: 🌱 Begonia arrangement update - yesterday evening was literally her golden hour 🤤 🌱 Prickly Pear cactus - sis got me this as a house warming present & I was finally able to bring it home when moving her back home from OR last weekend! 🌱 The perfect (in my eyes) snake plant… such a basic, common plant yet I’ve never owned one because I couldn’t ever find “the right one” that really spoke to me 😂 iykyk 🤷🏼♀️ Happy Wednesday! #HappyPlants #TheThread #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #GregGang #PlantAddict #NewGrowth #Begonia

#GregPlantShop #SnakePlant #GreenOnGreenFoliage #StrikingPatterns I received my first order from the Greg Plant shop! Super speedy shipping, and I love how the notifications for shipping are integrated into your notifications for the community. That makes it really nice. I ordered 2 because I wanted a really full plant, and as you can see that wouldn’t have been necessary, I potted them into a 6.5” pot. The leaves are between 12-15 inches long. The *only* feedback I have to offer is… repot your plant immediately. These two were dripping with water and if left alone would have been disastrous. I decided to give the 2 plants that will become one a very apropos name 😂 #LoveHalloween #DarkLikeMySoul

#SnakePlant I received my first Greg order today. I am wondering what this may be on my snake plant? Or due to receiving so many sick babies (not from here) am I now too cautious? There's just 2 of these "spots" that I see. This along with my Citrus twist were soaking wet, still dripping water so I don't know if that may be the issue or not. #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #PlantTherapy #GregGang

My favorite snake plant had an accident! While I was at work, he was inadvertently knocked off of his perch on the plant stand by my fiancé opening a door too enthusiastically 😅 Luckily, only his pot cracked; otherwise he’s just fine! I did have to repot him because of aforementioned cracked pot and also because in an effort to help, my fiancé swept up the spilled soil from the floor and put it back in the pot, so it was full of dog hair and who knows 🤦🏻♀️ I gave Fernando fresh soil and a new pot and checked him over thoroughly; luckily snake plants are pretty tough. I sprayed him down with alcohol just in case anything from the floor was unsanitary (we keep a clean house, but winter inevitably leads to stuff coming in on the bottoms of shoes and Fernando was in the kitchen right by the door we use to go in and out). Phew! 😮💨 Glad he’s okay, he’s one of my favorite plant babies! 💖🪴 His brother Hector was fine and stayed put, so all’s well that ends well #SnakePlant #SnakePlantSquad #plantrescue #babevila

I had to repot my favorite snake plant because his soil was getting hydrophobic and it’s a good thing I did, because he was also getting root bound! 🥲 He is all happy now in his new, slightly bigger pot 🤗🪴💚 #SnakePlant #SnakePlantSquad #HappyPlants #babevila
