Finding light for Khejri in your home
a window
Khejri love being close to bright, sunny windows 😎.
Place it less than 1ft from a south-facing window to maximize the potential for growth.
Khejri does not tolerate low-light 🚫.

How to fertilize Khejri
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Khejri after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Sunlight for my Mesquite Tree? I tried to find a way to put my Mesquite tree baby in a south facing window, but I don’t have a good way to do that. The plant shelves we have near it are too full. It currently sits in a northwest facing window with a big tree in front of it. The other options I have for putting it are sitting on a bookshelf 10-15 feet away from the south facing window or sitting in a hot tub room with windows on three sides. Which option is the best? #NewGrowth #PlantMoms

Got a new plant, don’t wanna kill it 😅 I got a Mesquite tree as a gift from a teacher yesterday, and I really wanna keep it alive. I don’t know how much/how often to water it, and sources online were confusing or not applicable to how young my tree is. Any other tips would be appreciated! #NewGrowth #NewPlantMom
