How to fertilize Banana Plant

Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Banana Plant after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Just adopted, whats to do with these leafs I just got this banana plant, it has some leaves that are not looking too good. Overall it seems to be doing well since it has a new leaf unrolling. What should I do about the half dried up leaves? Cut them off? Trim the dry bits? Just let them be?

Every year we move the banana plant outside this year. It seems to have taken a harder strain. I just worry she won't survive #Banana

A little update on my Variegated Florida Banana: Back in March I made a post about the leaves turning brown. Thank you all so so much for all of your advice!! I trimmed the brown parts, repotted it, moved it to the bathroom for humidity, and have it under a grow light. And it’s been doing so much better since then! Check out the newest leaf it just put out. ☺️ #BananaPlant #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #ProgressPics

One of the leaves has unfurled almost completely now, But I think I’ve accidentally been overwatering my plant and now one of the leaves are dying pretty rapidly. Just one of them. What should I do? #BlueJavaBananaTree

New Plant- yellow leaves Hello! I recently purchased this Banana tree and noticed the leaves turning yellowish/brown… what am I doing wrong? I live in south Texas, very humid and I moved them under my patio, worried they were getting too much sun. I might be under watering them but I also don’t know if they just got burnt from the sun!

#FreshLeafFriday We cut back our Banana Tree every few years after it flowers, but this time it grew back 4 new young trees. That’s never happened before! Not even close! I guess I’m fertilizing it well enough now. 😊🌿💚 I reckon I should dig the “extras” up and pot them?
