Finding light for Leopard Plant in your home
a window
Leopard Plant may have difficulty thriving, and will drop leaves 🍃, without ample sunlight.
Place it less than 3 feet from a south-facing window to maximize the potential for growth.
Select your region to see how the current weather in your area affects the placement of Leopard Plant in your home 🏡.
How to fertilize Leopard Plant
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Leopard Plant after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Happy Saturday Plant Peeps! It is watering day in the greenhouse and of course I found a few that needed some love as well. When you have so many plants that you pull one out that you haven’t really looked at in awhile and find that it has doubled in size and is way more beautiful than you remembered it being, that sort of thing is why I love plants! THEY ARE ALIVE AND IF YOU DONT DO ANYTHING, they will take care of themselves as best they can! My Leopard Plant is that plant this time! It has doubled in size and I love the leaves this guy has! It’s just beautiful to me! Here is a look from the top and from underneath the canopy! 🪴😁 #plantpeeps #HappyPlants #LeopardPlant #PlantsMakePeopleHappy Have a Wonderful Saturday afternoon!

Some leaves are developing black edges and stems are wilting #LeopardPlant

Holes in leaves Purchased two #LeopardPlant a week ago. Today I noticed these holes in some of the leaves that were not there when I got them. Just curious if anyone knows what may cause these and possible fixes. I inspected them and couldn’t find any visable bugs. #LeopardPlant

Why are we wilting? Hey Fam, My variegated leopard plant is really struggling and I’m not sure why. Initially I was watering it from the bottom ~1-2x week, and the leaves and stems seemed strong. During this time the plant was getting partial sunlight as well as light from a sun lamp. After about three weeks or so, the leaves and stems have become VERY limp and soft, like wet paper almost and I’m not sure why. My first thought was maybe it wasn’t getting enough sun, so I’ve been giving it a few hours outside in direct early morning sun-then bringing inside. No change there. The watering doesn’t seem to be an issue either as the soil feels moist and the plant hasn’t been drinking from the dish either? Unsure what to do here. The stakes are due to some damage it took when being shipped to me, I was hoping they could be removed after a while. You can see the difference between this picture I took today and the picture on it’s plant page when I first added it. Any ideas? The pot it’s in is plastic and has drainage as well.
