How to fertilize cobweb aloe

Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your cobweb aloe after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Happy #FreshLeafFriday ! 🌱💕✨ this week has been a pretty busy plant week, the next couple weeks will probably be busy as well. (stay tuned) 🤭 Today I finished my jade arrangement from yesterday by adding some natural pebble top dress 🪨 it looks much cleaner now, I can’t wait to see how it grows! 🌱 - I was so proud of how smooth that arrangement went I decided to make another one 😆 I was feeling pretty bold clearly. (Succulent arrangements can be daunting for me) 🤫 - anyways I used an old painted pot & decided not to overthink it and use what I had on hand. I used a piece of golden sedum, climbing aloe, & a (mystery) pachyveria or pachyphytum. If you know what it is comment below because I still can’t seem to figure it out. -Picture 4- one of the crowded Haworthia pups from my good #PlantPenPal @Lifeis2short 🥹💕🪴 her name is Okie cause she is all the way from Oklahoma! 😆 Lastly my bonsai jack came today which I mixed with some #Succulent soil & perlite, to use for my newly potted plants. I’m hoping they will like this mix, & that they will benefit from the drainage it provides. (They also sent me a multi-use poker tool) - I hope everyone has a great weekend, & you get to spend some time with your plants! Drop pictures of your new plants or fresh repots! 🪴🤩💚 #SucculentSquad #SucculentLove #Haworthia #Jade #PlantTherapy #repotted #HappyPlants #SoillessPottingMediums

I planted these in the turtle planter my bf got me for my beithfay this weekend. I really love how the colors compliment the color of the turtle shell! However I’m not crazy about the spiller element (stonecrop; can’t remember name atm) it just doesn’t look as good as I thought it would, and I think I could find something that would a little better. My original plan was to get a sanseveria fern wood of some type, but I haven’t gotten that far yet. 😅 but I’ll update y’all when I get it how i originally planned. #HappyPlants #SucculentSquad #SucculentLove #Succulents #Echeveria #Haworthia #Stonecrop #PlantAddict

Some plant updates 😊🌱 All the plants pictured except for the airplant, have been treated with arber fungicide & insecticide 🧪 they all have been noticeably healthier and stronger, I’ve had less leaf drop, and new growth! Some of the plants picture like the Echeveria Dusty Rose (1), and Echeveria cubic ice (3), have been dropping leaves, along with yellowing. There could be a few causes for this, but after my fungus knat issue im super paranoid and have since then treated all my plants with a mixture of both insecticide & fungicide. I’m glad they are responding well, and even my tiger jaws from last week has some mite issue that has magically disappeared! 🤩✨ I really recommend these two products for anyone having plant issues, this combo specifically. On arbers website they have a package that comes with both the insecticide&fungicide for a better deal, and they work perfect preventing both fungal issues caused by bugs, and work separately to prevent other issues. #ArberBioFungicide #ArberBioInsecticide #NewGrowth #HappyPlants #SucculentLove #PestControl #SucculentSquad #Succulents #Echeveria #Haworthia #AirPlant #Faucaria #tigerjaws

☀️ Sunlight Needs

🐶 🐈 👶 Toxicity
Greg does not have confirmed data on this plant’s toxicity. If you, a family member, or a pet consumes plant material of unknown toxicity, it’s always best to consult a medical professional.
If you or someone else ingested this plant, call Poison Control at US (800) 222-1222. If a pet consumed this plant, contact your veterinarian or the ASPCA at US (888) 426-4435.
💨 Humidity
cobweb aloe prefers dry environments. Providing extra humidity or misting your plant allows water to linger on leaves, which can create the perfect environment for harmful types of fungi.
🪴 Soil
cobweb aloe is very sensitive to wet soil, so choose a potting soil that drains very well and doesn’t retain too much moisture. A good soil will have lots of perlite or vermiculite for drainage and some organic matter for nutrition. A few handfuls of perlite added to regular store-bought cactus soil will do the trick!
💩 Fertilizer
cobweb aloe grows very slowly and doesn’t require added fertilizer. Replacing your plant’s potting soil once a year should provide them with more than enough nutrition. Remember, plants get their energy from sunlight, not fertilizer!
❄️ Dormancy
It’s common for cobweb aloe to go dormant in the summertime and you may notice their growth slow down. Waterings should be spaced out more during this time.
🌎 Native Region
cobweb aloe is native to Southern Africa.
🧐 Troubleshooting
When troubleshooting a sad-looking houseplant, start by checking for signs of distress in its leaves, such as yellowing, browning, or drooping, which can indicate overwatering or nutrient deficiencies.
Inspect the soil moisture; too dry or too wet soil can cause problems.
Ensure the plant is getting the right amount of light, as too much or too little can stress it.
Finally, consider environmental factors like temperature and humidity, and adjust care routines accordingly to revive your plant.
