How to fertilize Graptopetalum bellum
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Graptopetalum bellum after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Is this fungus? Does this succulent I just rescued have fungus? #WhatTheSucc #WhatTheSuccWednesday #SucculentSquad #Graptopetalum

Best time for shade cloths? Hey #succulentsquad, when's the best time to put up a shade cloth? It's really starting to heat up in my area, and I got a 50% shade cloth for the summer. The UV index has also been fairly high, and it's not going down anytime soon. Most of my succulents have been outside all year so they're used to the weather fluctuations. #succulentlove #succulents #echeveria #graptosedum #graptopetalum #plantsmakepeoplehappy #plantaddict #plantmafia #planttherapy

#TransformationTuesday this is my graptopetalum ‘Superbum’, I recently repotted her after she got much to big for the pot in the first picture. She is now in yellow 3 inch pot that @Lifeis2short gifted to me 😊. The first picture is from February 29th The second is from may 16 when I repotted her The 3rd-5th pictures are from this past Saturday. She has grown so well, and I definitely recommend Mountain Crest Gardens for online succulent shopping 🛍️ all of my plants have preformed well, & show stable colors, growth & health. Bunny is almost three times her original size, and loves being in full sun for most of the day. #HappyPlants #GrowingSuccs #OutdoorGrowing #OutsidePlants #SucculentSquad #SucculentLove #Succulents #succytuesday #Succulent #Graptopetalum #NewGrowth #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #BeforeAndAfter #PlantAddict #

How many awesome succulents can I fit in one post ?! 🤔🪴 Not enough.. so there will be more in the comments 😅 I have had a hectic plant phase lately with all my moving & then moving my plants back due to poor lighting. (I prefer to keep them outside if it will allow it).. So now that they are finally back to normal here’s updates on my babies. They have gotten so big. 🥰 Photo 1 is my new Haworthia Mundula 🌿, I went plant crazy & finally got some new babies! , & will be showing my new plants in a separate post. ➡️ so look out for that! I’m still getting them all presentable 😂 #SucculentSquad #SucculentLove #Succulents #PlantAddict #NewGrowth #HappPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #GrowingSuccs #OutdoorGrowing #OutsidePlants #Succulents #Succulent #Echeveria #Graptopetalum #Haworthia #Sedeveria #Jade #Sedum

Sunburnt Succulents?? These are two succulents I’ve had for a while. I think they are graptopetalum pentandrum ‘Superbum’. They love the sun, but weren’t receiving enough indoors on my south facing window (which gets 8+hrs of intense sunlight), they were still a bit green and not the beautiful pastel purple-pink they should be. So I’ve moved them outdoors recently to help them. I just removed most of the unhealthy and ugly leaves, sorry, there’s only one ugly leaf left. I know the lower leaves had their protective coating rubbed off, and those seem to be the most sad right now. But the tops of them are getting a little different in their texture. I’m thinking the sun is too intense, or I didn’t acclimate them properly. But it’s strange how some leaves seem burnt at the tips, while others just go limp and fall off. The first two are pics of how they currently look. The third is how they looked indoors (before I let them be in 8+hrs of indoor “direct” southern sunlight), and the fourth is when I first got them. #help #SucculentSquad #Graptopetalum

Happy Monday #GregGang 🌱 I hope everyone had a great weekend, & start of the week. Today I visited a new nursery, in Apex. I’ve never been there but I was so amazed by the variety of plants for indoor and out! It was hard not to go crazy, but I only walked out with two plants! 🙀😂 1. painter’s palette (anthurium andraeanum) 🎨 2. Andromischus cooperi (similar to calico hearts, just a different leaf shape) 3. Echeveria from my haul a couple weeks ago. It was starting to etoliate at the store, it’s already looking better, I’m slowly introducing it to more light. If anyone knows what type of echeveria this is, please comment! #PlantID #identify #PlantInfo #echeveria 4. Another repot, graptopetalum ‘ghosty’, they all have babies growing! 5. Green pearl echeveria got a repot as well. #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #NewGrowth #SucculentLove #Succulents #Graptopetalum #Anthurium #Andromischus #SucculentSquad #Succulent #repotting #NewPlants

Some updates on a couple succs! 🌿 1. Blue Echeveria, she has started growing babies at her base, (not pictured) and also has something growing out the side that could possibly be a flower stalk.. not sure yet. She’s already grown a lot since I got her, she was starting to etoliate (in store) when I bought her, so I would say I saved her 😏 2. Graptopetalum Superbum, one of my faves, she has gotten huge I ordered her from Mountain Crest Gardens, and since then she has grown two babies… one is already a good size! 3. Sedum Clavatum has lots of babies, and has been showing some pink here lately since the temps have been getting colder at night. It warmed back up so it’s not as visible as it was. 4. Graptosedum Ghosty, they have grown ALOT since I got them during summer. They have grown alot of babies, I repotted them not too long ago, but the babies are so big they are pushing into each other. 😅 5. Giant jewel plant, has new growth on the top and the side. I have two jewel plants, however one looks much different than the other. #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #NewGrowth #SucculentSquad #SucculentLove #Succulents #Succulent #SuccerForSucculents #WhatTheSucc #OutdoorGrowing #OutsidePlants #Echeveria #sedumclavatum #Graptopetalum #PlantLove

Mystery Succulent? Hey everyone! I found this beauty at the local Big Box Store and am trying to figure out what it is. It's labelled as a Crassula marginalis rubra 'variegata', aka Calico Kitten. Which this...is not lol. Definitely a variegated variety, and I'm in love with it's colors. Any guesses? @vvvelo @UltraKoreanfir @TheOddAsity do y'all have any thoughts? #plantsmakepeoplehappy #plantaddict #planttherapy #plantmafia #plantid #succulentsquad #succulentlove #succulent #echeveria #graptopetalum #graptoveria
