How to fertilize Giant Violet Queen Zinnia
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Giant Violet Queen Zinnia after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Was beautiful last night but. Ow this evening it’s super unhappy. The petals are drooping and leaves are browning. Something has definitely been eating it too I think. Should I quarantine it? The other two pots are doing great so I don’t want it to spread to them too. We had a few days constant rain so I let the soil get a bit dry before watering again today as I was afraid of overwatering it. What should I give a Sunburst Zinnia? Hey! I love plants and I own many as of right now but I have to plant a Sunburst Zinnia for a class and my grade depends on how well I do! My partner has added coffee grounds but I don’t know what to add myself! If anyone has any ideas PLEASE let me know :) #HappyPlants #Zinnia #PlantsMakePeopleHappy

Some outdoor growing pictures since it’s getting closer to the end of of gardening season where I live. It’s going to be dropping under 50 degrees next week, so that means plants will need to start being moved in soon. 🫣 I’m not too excited because as every plant parent knows this means a lot of work & preparation. (Getting space ready, finding space, lighting, checking plants for pest, and treating them for pests before bringing them inside.) it’s always a good idea to start these things a couple weeks before it gets too cold, so your not rushing or overwhelmed. So that’s what I will be doing the next couple weeks preparing for the cold! These are pictures from my moms garden, except the first one which is my peace lily Propagation, that has a new leaf! If you have any tips for preparing for the winter, share in the comments! #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #NewGrowth #PropagationStation #PestControl #OutdoorGrowing #WinterTipsAndTricks #TipsandTricks #Zinnia

I always read that the more you cut zinnias, the more blooms you get, but I’ve always been too chicken to do it! Lol. I faced my fear and cut these lovelies for my kitchen window sill and can’t wait to see what kind of blooms I get next 💐🩷🤗 #Zinnia #CutFlowers #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #OutdoorGrowing #OutsidePlants #NewGrowth #GregGang #babevila

What's up with this zinnia #zinnia Grown outdoors from a giant flowering rainbow mix, none of the other buds are open on this plant yet, and this isn't a case of fallen or picked petals. It looked weird the entire time it took to open. None of the other plants from this seed packet look like this. What could cause this? Thanks!
