How to fertilize Faucaria bosscheana
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Faucaria bosscheana after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Faucaria tigrina with mushy leaves A couple of days ago I realized my faucaria was getting mushy leaves. Last time I had one it died like that quickly. I had this one for months and it was thriving with bottom watering every couple of weeks with a gravel kind of soil until recently. Is it root rot? Is it too late? Please help #faucariatigrina

Melted succulent So I'm mainly curious why this happened to one plant and the other (same species, same pot) is doing great. The two baby #tigerjaws came in the same nursery pot, I transferred them to live with the #climbingaloe and Weird Hybrid and a week later found the smaller one had turned into liquid. The bigger one is happier than a pig in mud, the aloe is sending out babies like a career surrogate mother and the Hybrid is producing all kinds of new growth so I'm wondering what went so horribly wrong with the runt 😭 #notsohappyplants #help #succulentsquad #succulentlove

So. My 3yo introduced themself to The toe brothers, Leathery, Toe and Curly. As you can see, the interaction turned violent 😭😪 the reach needs to stop expanding so fast, I'm running out of places that aren't 'within'. So what do, should I just leave it alone to heal as best it can or snip the leaf? (Don't get me wrong I'm glad my kid loves plants I just need to foster some understanding of "they don't like hugs ") #succulentsquad #succulentlove #babytoes #poorbaby

Tigers Jaw has been soft/wrinkled, I watered yesterday but it’s still wrinkled? #tigersjaw I got this plant a few weeks ago and repotted/trimmed the roots (it was not this wrinkly and soft when I bought it but wasn’t in the best shape either). I just watered it for the first time yesterday because of repotting and trimming the roots. Any ideas why it’s still wrinkly? Also does anyone know if I should trim off the dead flowers? I picked one off so far that just died. It looks like another new one is about to start blooming though! Thanks in advance.

Just got my first plant today!! What can I do to take care of this small fella? I heard that a Tiger Jaws only needs a little water once per week, is that correct?

Hoping someone can help me diagnose these spots on my plant. They appear as either a raised bump or a crater, whiteish with brown speckling. #tigerjaws

WHAT’S MY NAME? 👽 🐊 🐅 #WhatTheSuccWednesday #HelpMeNameMyPlant #Seymour So here is my latest succulent acquisition and I finally got myself a Tiger’s Jaw, although to me it looks more like an Alien as in from Alien (1979), Aliens (1986) and maybe even the latest, Alien Romulus (2024)? Has anyone seen the latest Aliens movie? Should I risk it?!? Or is it a green alligator 🐊 ? I don’t know 🤷♀️ but I would be interested in your thoughts and ideas for a name as I am sure there are some great ones out there. And finally I have a new succulent before this weeks #WhatTheSuccWednesday. So I don’t fill up the thread thanks to @RJG with heaps of photos of my Tiger’s Jaw #tigerjaws and also my “soon to be flowering 🤞🙏Aloe Vera #AloeVera, I thought I best have my own post plus I also want a name for this tiger 🐅 So can you help me and look to join #HelpMeNameMyPlant ? Some plants look funny, some plants look bizarre and some are just plant weird 🤪 Go get ‘em, Tiger 🐯!!!! #Seymour #theamigos #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #NewGrowth #SucculentLove #PlantTherapy #GrowLights #SucculentSquad #SucculentLove #Succulents #SuccerForSucculents #CactusClique #PLANTMAFIA #GregGang #RJGAsksGreg }
