By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Crown of Thorns 'Bicolor' after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Forgot to post these the other day, for #WhatTheSuccWednesday #WhereIsWhatTheSuccWednesday 💚 1. Varigated Melon Spurge, her baby is getting so big! If I wanted to ever separate them, how would I go about that? Would I slice it off with a clean tool? Or would I kinda tug and twist it ? Should I wait for it to get bigger ? I normally don’t separate my babies/pups but I would love to have another one of these! 2. Graptoveria ‘Opalina’ , I love how she is constantly changing colors! 3. Crown Of Thorns ‘Bicolor’ , I’m still learning her habits & preferences, I currently have her outside in full sun, and water once a week because she seems to get droopy pretty quick if I don’t. I bottom soak her and let her dry out completely before I water again. Any tips on this one would be appreciated! 🌱 4. Prolific Echeveria, it’s grown lots of of babies, but there is this one super long growth & I’m not sure what that’s about. This emerged around the same time it flowered, at first I thought it was another flower stalk, but it’s not clearly 🤣 I’m just wondering why it’s so long ? It gets plenty of light, I didn’t know if there was a name or reason for this? Her other babies are much more compact and closer to the mother. 5. Cliff cotyledon, so cute & chonky 🤗 lots of new growth! #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #NewGrowth #SucculentLove #SucculentSquad #Succulents #Succulent #GrowingSuccs #SuccerForSucculents #Echeveria #CactusClique #Cactus #Cacti #cacticollect #CrownOfThorns #Cotyledon #Graptoveria #OutdoorGrowing #OutsidePlants #PlantTherapy #PlantLove

#ThornyThursday 😉 my mom gave me a crown of thorns… when adding it to my oasis, so many different kinds of Crown of Thorns came up… & mine didn’t come with a sprecific name, so I’m not sure if it’s the right ID (Crown Of Thorns ‘Bicolor’). (Photo 4) Anyways I repotted her, & hopefully she will like it outside… I’m wondering if it is similar to my African Milk Bush, & will prefer morning sun, & afternoon shade. I noticed my AMB (African milk bush) started yellowing leaves if left in full sun all day, like my other succulents. It seems to prefer morning sun, with afternoon shade during the hotter hours of the day. This is my first crown of thorns, so idk if they will be similar in that way, but any care advice would be greatly appreciated! I also wanted to share some #BloomingCactus / #BloomingSuccs My Varigated Melon cactus, (Photos 1-3) has the teensiest CUTEST FLOWERR ever starting to form… I know she is small, you may even have to squint to be able to tell it’s a flower… but it is! I’m so happy, this is one of favorite plants/cactus. I haven’t had her very long either, I’m telling you guys the fertilizer I use for my #Succulents has been impressing me this year! So many new blooms on varieties that haven’t bloomed for me before, & it’s usually after repotting with new soil with added in slow release granular succulent fertilizer. I get it from Home Depot & it truly does work for a great price & the bottle will last you a while, depending on how often you repot & the size of the planter. I hope you guys enjoy the cactus updates, & everyone is having a great Thursday… it’s almost the weekend, amirite! 😅 #HappyPlants #NewPlant #NewPlants #CrownOfThorns #Cactus #CactusClique #Cacti #SucculentSquad #SucculentLove #Succulent #PlantAddict #NewGrowth #OutdoorGrowing #PlantLove #variegatedplants #MelonCactus #GrowingSuccs #flowerpower #Blooming #BloomingSuccs

Can someone please help me! My milk tree cactus is not doing good. It is not root rot. Idk if it’s the lighting or being spayed by gnat killer for indoor plants. #Euphorbia

They’ve arrived 😍 Sorry for the terrible pics, but I will take better ones very soon! My white princess has a pink stripe 🥰 The only problems were my perle von Nurburg lost a leaf and looks thirsty (prop time) my Hoya had a bent stem which is already propped lol, this girl has 6 peduncles already 🥹 My begonia escargot is a little crispy on the edges. My euphorbia is perfect!
