How to fertilize Fancy-Leaf Caladium
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Fancy-Leaf Caladium after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

This plant seems to become droopy due to cold weather even though I moved it indoor inside my house. #Caladium

Hey there! AAthena seems to be suffering from something. Her new leaves look good and then they yellow and die and we are very droopy. We aren't suffering from lack of water, I think we are in a big enough pot. Thoughts on the issue? #Caladium

So this is Daphne my Florida red ruffle caladium and I bought her from Lowe’s back in May which is when I fell in love with plants and flowers and wanted to see if I had a green thumb. Well u can tell which picture sis what she looked like when I purchased her and what she looks like now. Obviously I was doing something wrong cause she just kept losing her leaves and some would turn brown. But I feel like I kept the watering and the sun consistent but then a couple fellow Greg app users Let me know that I should’ve moved her to a smaller pot when she started losing leaves. So that could’ve been part of the problem. So I moved her to a smaller pot again and now look at her!!! She starting over fresh!! SHE HAS FOUR BRAND NEW BABY LEAVES AND IM SO EXCITED!! So she must be pretty happy and content with her current environment, wateringwaterigs and grow light😁 anyways I just wanted to share my excitement! Have a great day!
