Aloe deltoideodonta
About Aloe deltoideodonta
Many people are familiar with Aloe vera, but this genus of plants contains tons of other beautiful succulent plants that come in all sorts of colors! Their succulent leaves evolved to store water in dry climates, which makes them a perfect fit if you're a busy plant parent. With great care (and a lot of sunlight) you may even see your Aloe bloom! Their flowers grow out of a large spike and can be shades of red, orange, and yellow. 🔥

How to fertilize Aloe deltoideodonta

Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Aloe deltoideodonta after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Hello, I understand this plant is a winter grower. How often should I be watering it. Picked this plant up about 1 month ago and 1 or 2 of the bottom leaves seem to be dying.

Thrips #happyplants #pestcontrol #succulentlove My aloe juvenna (Tiger Tooth Aloe) hasn't been doing well for a few months now... Short story: Roots = very shallow, hard Leaves = wrinkled, yellow, and quickly falling off, white lesions Stem = upright, green, white lesions, hasn't regrown leaves Light = Bright, indirect Watering = around every 14 days Long story: I've noticed that in the last couple of months, many of the spikes lining the leaves have gone red, and there are white lesions on some of the leaves (1st pic) and stem (2nd pic). I've pulled off the dead leaves, and they haven't regrown, but it's pushed new leaves out of the top of the stems. I changed it into a more water-retaining soil (still cacti mix) as the roots were dry as a bone and watered a bit. The soil has gone moldy VERY quickly (not drinking up the water?). I'm wondering if the lesions might be thrips. Any thoughts?

Should I remove this leaf? #AloeVera I noticed my aloe looked dusty so I was wiping it with w damp cloth and I noticed one of the bottom leaves has two black spots. No other leaf has these splotches, so should I just remove the leaf in case it spreads or should I leave it be? If I harvest it, is it safe to use in my skincare #AloeVera #NewPlantMom #

What does it mean when the leaves bend like this? A few have bent and they break eventually from the weight. Homer lives in my bathroom and there's a few new ones coming up. #aloevera #succulentsquad
