How to fertilize Pachyphytum hookeri
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Pachyphytum hookeri after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Hey y’all I am new and I have a question about my succulent do y’all know the best time and days apart to water it? And does it need direct sunlight?
-
Is it ok if I leave it facing the wast all day? #Pachyphytum

Look at this beauty! I got Monica about a week ago and I heard that she likes direct sun so I put her outside and took her inside at night. (Because my back porch gets crazy sun) And I noticed this little bloom on her and that tells me she’s happy! I think she’s liking her new home! ❤️ #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #SucculentLove #NewPlantMom #ADHDPLANTLOVERS #GregGang

I’m so so happy. My little succulent baby is recovering!! I tried very hard to keep this little dude alive especially after I accidentally damaged it 🥲 but he’s now repotted, in the proper soil, and doing much better! ❤️ #HappyPlants #SucculentLove #PlantTherapy #BeforeAndAfter

How do I take care of this? I just got this plant but I can tell it needs some love! It is loose in its pot and seems to have some discoloration at the tips. I was told it was nibbled on a bit so that’s what those marks are on a couple of them. I watered it but how should I take care of it? Does it need direct sunlight? How often do I water? Did the app identify its plant type correctly?

These are more recent pictures of my props, (so I’m gonna repost these and delete my earlier post if you already saw it. 😅) They are doing good so far, I’m keeping them under my grow lights, & watering them *LIGHTLY* every two or so days when the tray looks dry. For me it’s easy to prop them & get them started, the hard part is remembering to water them once they can no longer rely on the mother leaf for nutrients/water. They dry out much quicker than a mature succulent so you have to be sure to keep them moist while they are in that stage. I have a lot of time invested in these guys, so I really want them to grow into their own plant. Like I said I have success in getting them started, it’s the keeping them alive once they are on their own thing that I struggle with 😩. • 1&4. Varigated Graptopetalum ‘Titubans’ 2-3. One More Late Night Succulent Post 🌌🌔🌿 1. Echeveria ‘Perle Von Nurnberg’ - she recently got a repot & is doing well! I just love how her colors are constantly changing based on temp & lighting. 2-3. Graptoveria ‘Moonglow’ - I’m loving the lower orange/yellow/red tips, & the powdery mint blue on the newer leaves… it has lots of babies too! 🥺 4. Sedeveria ‘Lilac Mist’ - I have 3 heads of this cultivar & after loosing my last 3, I’ve been able to care for these guys a bit better. By giving them less water & watering less frequently, with lots of sun. All 3 stalks have recently started putting off babies, (will post babies in comments). Right now this one is showing a muted lavender with the newest leaves at the top & a lime green on the older lowest leaves. 🌿 5. Pachyphytum Oviferum also known as ‘Moonstone’, this one clearly needs a larger pot.. but like I said in my previous post I’m lacking in the large pot department right now 😂😂 it’s doing a mean lean, because it’s gotten so top heavy. However it’s still looking pretty good & is healthy, despite of its tilt.😅 #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #NewGrowth #SucculentSquad #SucculentLove #Succulents #Succulent #GrowingSuccs #Sedeveria #Echeveria #Moonstone #Graptoveria #Pachyphytum #OutdoorGrowing #OutsidePlants #perlevonnurnberg #Moonglow #LilacMist
