Sap on underside of the leaves - not a good sign! I am trying my best not to be an overwaterer so I ignore this plant as to not drown her. However on my latest visit to her I noticed she has dots of sap on the underside of her leaves and her purple is fading. I cant see any pests (unless they are actively in the leaf tissue!?) And I can't see any webbing. .... she does have some spots on top of her leaves which from a far may look like pests but when I look closely they damage to the leaf which I thought may be from where I've sprayed insecticidal soap and been a very bad plant parent and not wiped it properly! I have very recently adding some plant food for the first time to her water. And we don't get much humidity. Do I need to isolate her? Any recommendation/advice would be welcome, thank you in advance! #NeverNeverCtenanthe

Yellowing leaves Hi! I'm new here, first time posting. I got this gorgeous Ctenanthe last week as a birthday gift from my husband. He got it from Trader Joes. I am not familiar with this type of plant at all. I noticed it has yellowing leaves, it did come like that to be fair. I sprayed it neem oil when I first brought it home. How do I cut the sickly leaves off? How do I propagate these? Best lighting for it?

I brought this plant home having done zero research into prayer plants š.
The poor girl was in low humidity which meant the leaves curled up, which I thought meant she needed more water, which lead to overwatering, which lead to fungus gnats, which lead to me letting her dry out too much, which lead to spider mites, which lead to a homemade neem/ dish soap mixture, which lead to all the leaves yeeting themselves off the plant š.
I repotted her surprisingly very healthy roots and left the pot basically alone (only watering when dry). After three months sheās making a come back and the tiny baby leave are even praying!!!!!!
