How to fertilize Echeveria 'Pink Diamond'
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Echeveria 'Pink Diamond' after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

How do I help my succulent? My grow light broke a few days ago and I've started taking her outside to get some sunlight but she got burned in the process. (2 days outside) She's squishy. And looks very unhappy What can I do?

Should I switch the pot or wait till the roots start poking out? #Echeveria

Is my plant supposed to grow “up” like that? it did not look like that when i bought it. I’m a new plant person #Echeveria

Unfortunately I had to say goodbye to not one but 2 of my Echeveria💔this week. I kinda have the feeling I overwatered which lead to their decline😭these were the first succulents I’d bought so I keep telling myself I’m still learning but it’s definitely heartbreaking losing them #SadPlantDay #Echeveria #sadplantparent

Is this root rot? And how do i save her 😭 #Echeveria

wanted to update you guys on a #Propagation project I have growing. I recently had to chop and prop the stem of my pink diamond Echeveria. (I had a small one first, then later bought another big one with a baby attached). after I almost lost my first small one, I decided that I would chop her stem so she could grow healthier roots. I took a few bottom leaves off to prop them. they are doing well and starting to show growth. it took them a while takeoff, but I was so pleased when I saw that they were putting off new roots.. 🤩🌱🤓 the Echeveria that is the mother plant of these props has also started growing new healthy roots, & will be ready for a repot soon enough. I have kept them under grow lights & mist them daily! This is my first time propagating an echeveria! #PropagationStation #Propagation #SucculentSquad #SucculentLove #Succulents #echeveria #PinkDiamond #PinkDiamond #NewGrowth #GrowLights #GrowingSuccs #PropDontShop

Got my new succs potted up today, •Anacamperos Rufescens (pic 1) •Gaseterworthia Rosavas (pic 2) •Mexican Snowball Echeveria? (Pic 3) •’Pink Diamond’ Echeveria (pic 4) This is my second (third, cause this one has a baby) pink diamond, my other one has been having issues to say the least (due to my own fault) but this one is a bit more established so maybe I’ll have better luck. I added more perlite to my soil, along with some orchid bark. 😊🌱🪴 #HappyPlants #PlantAddict #SucculentLove #SucculentSquad #PlantTherapy #Echeveria

Update on sedi the split rock 🪨 all three of them are currently splitting even the one to the right that I never thought would! The smallest one has been weird (started pushing one out) but just recently also started pushing it out. Not sure what will happen but I’m so glad I’ve been able to keep them happy! Also #PlantShelfie (‘s) taken recently 🌱✨🤩 I’ve been having some rotting issues lately with a couple plants, two of them it was too far gone before I noticed. I also have an Echeveria ‘pink diamond’ named pinky that has been suspicious since I got it, I recently noticed the roots were too wet, and it looks like the stem is starting to turn dark at the very bottom but it’s hard to tell for sure. I don’t have any photos but could I cut the base of stem & prop? How do you prevent rotting for Echeverias specifically? Sometimes they can be tricky for me. I use teracotta only and bottom watering method, but lately I’ve been concerned about the ratio I should be using. I add perlite but I’m thinking maybe more ? Can you use regular grit sand instead of coarse ? Or does that defeat the purpose ? Any suggestions would be great ! 🙌🏻💚✨🪴 #Echeveria #HappyPlants #PlantInfo #SoilMix #PropagationStation #SucculentSquad #SucculentLove #Succulents #SplitRock

Wilty bottom leaves? My Pink Diamond has had leathery feeling bottom leaves for about a week now. I don't understand what's going on; I gave her a deep drink recently, there's still moisture at the bottom, and the upper leaves are still firm. Is it just because the leaves are older and are going through dormancy, or am I missing something? #echeveria #succulentsquad #happyplants #plantsmakepeoplehappy

Succulents and dormancy Question: I know most succulents will go dormant over the winter time, but is it worth keeping them under a grow light to supplement natural sunlight during the fall? My grow lights have a timer function; should I just let them get whatever sunlight comes through the window and call it a day? #happyplants #succulentlove #growlights #echeveria
