I went to Home Depot this morning before work. I got all of them for $5 each. The one without a pot was laying on a shelf and the woman told me I could have it. What are my chances of it living? My oldest hoya that I already killed once and managed to bring back. I believe it was bugs then too. Just not sure which bugs. So after a disappointing day at work. I decided that I was finally going to drive over to Home Depot. I hate driving on that side of town. If bumper cars and the Indy 500 had a baby it would be that side of town. I have been seeing all over Facebook that Home Depot had Hoyas. They do!!!! 😍 So many at different prices. I didn't find the one I was looking for but I did pick up some cuties. I also got a echeveria article frost at Lowes the other day. I saw a woman on Facebook that used a metal ring as a trellis for a hoya. I attached it with the hook. I just wish I could find somewhere to hang it 😕. Orchid experiment..... She's in a self watering pot but it's not set up like a self watering pot. No wick. I'm using the bottom part to catch the water. I'm using distilled water. I put a layer of the chunky bark and then a thin layer of leftover live spaghum moss i had leftover. Then a layer of the chunky bark to hold her in place so she doesn't fall over. I left some of her roots exposed so I could keep an eye 👁 on them. After doing some Google search I see now they use moss and bark. I thought they only used bark. I want to see if the live is better than that other dried up stuff you buy from Lowe's.
