The tips of some of the leaves have started to turn brown. It gets plenty of shaded sun and I keep up its watering schedule. Any idea what might be causing this? Thank you in advance.

I put it in a hallway where it doesn't get any outside light at all. Is there a problem? Is it the kind of plant that always needs sunlight? How often should I water it and how should I care for it?

New leaf! Quill must like this spot in my living room, this is the second new leaf since being moved here. I also like him being here because I get to watch how much he moves throughout the day, especially that big leaf. The biggest leaf is probably 10 inches long! I cannot believe how many new leaves Quill has given me since I moved him under a grow light and near a north facing window. I found his happy spot, FOR SURE! Wish list plant!! #Aglaonema pink splash, #NeverNeverCtenanthe and the #GoldenMosaicPlant #Ctenanthe. Can you tell which one is the rescue? I already have a never, but I love it. The golden mosaic will be new but it’s with a family I already know. The Pink splash, sooo excited! Any tips or words of encouragement is appreciated lol.

Calathea/Maranta/Prayer Plant/Ctenanthe Love Post. ✨ I have 5 of these babies and they never cease to impress me. A Calathea Dottie, Red & Green Prayer Plants, a Cathedral Window, and a Never Never Ctenanthe. How striking their leaf patterning is, their colors, how they MOVE and close up at night. (Pic of my Cathedral Windows in the comments while she's closed-she moves the most out of everyone.) I also love how their new leaves are all rolled up when they emerge. They are just fascinating plants and among my very favorites! I actually have two more not pictured: a Calathea Beauty Star who is in water, and my Rattlesnake Calathea, but they're in different rooms so no recent pics. If I remember I'll snap photos of them too and put them in the comments!
