HELP!!! My plant is starting to look dull and dry and i just got it on Wednesday 😩 i did repot it and made the mistake of not putting it into a pot with drain holes. Could that be the only reason? i’ll insert before and after pictures

All leaves brown and crunchy Sad not sun burn not dried out. I think it's something in the growers soil I sprayed with neem oil daily but still dead
