Bc never let a citrus seed go unplanted they almost always germinate when fresh. Something to take note it’s a small tree from seed just bc it’s only 4” tall doesn’t mean it’s tap root isn’t as long as your arm? 🤯 maybe a little exaggeration there but as you see plant is very small root is 2-3 times longer then the tree tall. Wrapped in a circle. I don’t necessarily think it’s rootbound but perfect time for an uppotting & possibly a tap root chop depending if it has decent feeder roots probably a little early but & I always use a dash of mycohorrizae directly to the roots to help prevent transplant shock & get them feeder roots stretching #PlantAddict #citrus will update after uppot. Not the best pics either really but that much variegation had me staggering lol no fruit or blooms currently it’s in growth phase. Pulled fruit last month variegated pink lemon on left Persian lime on right. had to show the fruits because the colors you can see the stripes a lot more before it’s not fully ripe and starts turning yellow definitely puts on a show I really enjoy this plant 🪴  #HappyPlants #NewGrowth #variegatedplants #Citrus 5 1 Comments
