I used to have 3 small vincas stems in the pot that is shared with 2 other plants (photo below) and they were doing fine. We have a heat wave here in Southern California just last week and 2 of them started to look wilted. They did not perked up like they usually do after watering so I quarantined them in a more still bright but shady spot as I suspect they are heat stress.
