Bc never let a citrus seed go unplanted they almost always germinate when fresh. Something to take note it’s a small tree from seed just bc it’s only 4” tall doesn’t mean it’s tap root isn’t as long as your arm? 🤯 maybe a little exaggeration there but as you see plant is very small root is 2-3 times longer then the tree tall. Wrapped in a circle. I don’t necessarily think it’s rootbound but perfect time for an uppotting & possibly a tap root chop depending if it has decent feeder roots probably a little early but & I always use a dash of mycohorrizae directly to the roots to help prevent transplant shock & get them feeder roots stretching #PlantAddict #citrus will update after uppot.
