Omg you guys! My hubby did it again! He surprised me with a #QueenAnthurium this time 🥹 he’s just too good to me! She’s stunning her leaves glitter like the sky. I’m stunned and shocked I own two of my most desired plants in such a short time. Patience is key when growing plants. Some plants grow extremely slow. I found this happens most with seedlings. It takes a long time to get plants past the “two inch pot” phase. We are still working on getting our baby #Anthurium out of it but here’s the update: (Left to Right) 1. Our baby #AnthuriumWarocqueanum (2)went from seed in January to multiple leaves. 2. Our hitchhiker #AnthuriumRegale we found in the root stock of an older regale has two leaves. 3. Our #NOIDAnthurium that was in a #ZaraAnthurium looks more like a #vittarifolium. It’ll be interesting to see them progress. I know for sure that the #QueenAnthurium are #AnthuriumInverse. My 2 baby #QueenAnthurium are growing. I just love these plants and can’t wait did them to grow. Their mama is magnificent and every time I see them, I think of her. Last night I did something exhilarating 🙈🤩💕 I CHOPPED MY QUEEN ANTHURIUM! I’m sending the two chopped pieces to two of my favourite greggers. Gordo and Poison Ivy (sorry Laura 😭 move away from evil WA hahah) Please send your good vibes to the new babies and mother plant! I have never chopped such a precious plant (Or Anthurium!) before! Pic 1) Prepared to chop! Cinnamon, razor blade, alcohol and perlite tubs. Pic 2) Roots before the chop Pic 3) Slowly teasing the soil away Pic 4 and 5) The babies!
