#TheWateringHole Hello All, and Good Afternoon, I have been feeling rather lackadaisical these past few weeks. It seems that my “Get Up And Go”, got up and left? I keep telling myself that I should be doing this, that, and the other but I cannot seem to get anyof it done! Oh well, tomorrow is another day! I did manage to get the plants watered, those that needed watering. So today there are 20 more asking for attention/water. And I did find a new bloom on the Rebutia Albipilosa, did you know that cacti need much more water when they are blooming, or to get them to flower. But the line between a bit more water and overwatering is very fine! And the correct balance is crucial. On my walk yesterday I saw these blooming Frangipani, it had just stopped raining and the colors looked so intense I had to take pictures. Of course I couldn’t overlook the BoP. And I don’t know who that little yellow flower belongs to, but it looked so perfect with the water droplets I just had to post it. Please keep in mind that these aren’t mine and they live outside by the parking lot. After a very busy weekend, I’m just hoping to get water to the plants that really need it today 😮‍💨💦🪴 I “deflasked” a little philodendron ‘spiritus sancti’ [EDIT: tissue culture plant] last night, a wish list plant, and he is the CUTEST lil thang 🥹🤏😱 I hope I don’t lose this photo because it will be so cool to compare it to when he grows up! My cat has destroyed many plants. If my daughter didn’t love him so much he would have gotten the boot from me! Plants over cats at this point in my life. We sent the #prayerplant and the #TradescantiaZebrina to my husband’s office to try to revive them. They are still alive and are showing signs of new growth! 🐈🐈🐈🤬🤬🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
