Hello and calling all #hoyaheads in the US. Just want to let you know about an awesome shop I found on Palmstreet…after I finally figured out how it worked . (It’s generally way too stimulating for me 🤪) Now I just have this shop The Hoya Heaux (🤣🤣🤣) bookmarked, and don’t use anything else. It’s a small family business selling both unrooted and nicely-rooted hoya cuttings and small plants. Everything I’ve got from them has been exceptionally healthy, unique, and packed well, and usually between $1-20 😱 Anyhoo, their next “live” is this Friday 6/26 at 8:30pm CST. It's been a while since I posted, but dealing with life in general hasn't been easy lately. However, I'm thankful for Greg and my plants. Hoya blooms are truly the reward for the gorgeous plants. Three of my beauties are blooming. First up is my Sunrise has passed all expectations with six peduncles blooming at once. Next up my Wayetti has bloomed, she was from a cutting I grew, just love her little burgundy and pink flowers. And third is one of my Crassipetiolata, she produced two peduncles and blasted her first set of buds then she decided to bud again and had given me these gorgeous blooms. It finally came! Well, one part; the last part of my soil mix. Still waiting on the hydroguard… ugh… 😩 Why is it taking so long? 🙃🐌🩵🌸 In the meantime, I have finally finished repotting 72 plants and more to go… but I gotta take a little break. So some jealous Karen neighbors out where I stay out called the fire marshal and complained about my plants on the balcony I now I have to bring in all my plants. They can't be outside. The fire marshal said it was a fire hazard and somebody might trip. 🤦‍♀️. My plants have been sitting on that balcony in the summer for 2 years. Never any complaints. I had to bring in 30 plants. So of course I had to order another grow light 🙄. Not too sure about the placement. I feel like just the front ones are getting light. It came!!!! Plant Mail 🪴 #happyplants #hoyahangout #hoya My hoya freckles. So pretty 😍. I got the little USB humidifier at the thrift store today for $3. I always see them on Amazon. Was wondering how well they work. Went to Walmart this morning. They have some pots on sale. Snagged that 6 in for $5.
