Roots growing UP?! Last week I took a couple of stems from my Pink Princess Philo, and put them in water, hoping for new roots. Chamging the water, the new roots caught my eye. I did not know these guys roots- grow UPwards!! It was all quiet on the home front tonight cuz hubby is sick and dogs are in their beds! I bought a fairy or terrarium pack of 6 when I bought some other plants from Etsy. They got here a few days ago. They are so cute and so tiny!!. I finally potted them late this evening while it was quiet. Now I’m tired and I have work tomorrow. Everything looks pretty 👍🏻, let’s hope they all grow!! Hello everyone, I hope you and your plants are growing well. I spent several hours, this morning, gardening working with my plants pruning, watering, mowing. The heat index is up to 108 With an actual temperature of 96°. That’s enough to drive me back into the house for a while. For sometime, I’ve been keeping my, smaller, cactus on my walkway. This was to save them from dying in a sudden rain storm if I’m not home to bring them in. I’ve lost several cactus too much water. I’ve decided to reinstate one of my old greenhouse tents. My Green Congo Nuclear has its new home. Super stoked! I love the variagation on this plant and it has a yellow sport leaf with white variagation on it! I don't think you can see it well from the pic but the white splotches are there. And a half moon leaf beside it. Just wanting to show off lol- been wanting a Ruby Ficus forever, and it finally got here today! Was worried b/cuz it took 10 days to get here- dang USPS…and it’s hot- 90’s.
