Any suggestion as to how to treat this problem. My guess is it’s lacking nutrients. Please help.

I’m newer to alocasias and anthurium. For the alocasia I put them in an aroid mix of moss, leca and bark mostly. And the anthurium I mixed a little succulent mix with the aroid mix. Does this sound right? It seems like these mixes need more frequent watering but how often should I water? These are in a bright window with maybe an hour of direct sun per day.
