@Bmd hey Brandon- was wondering about your tomato plant. I grew 3 of them last year. I was watching YouTube videos and I found one really interesting, so I did what he said…..I had so many cherry to@Aries and regular ones- we were giving them away. I’ve grown them many, many times- but this last crop went beyond anything I could have dreamed. It’s pretty simple too. Pinch off all bottom leaves so you have a 3-4 inch stem from soil line up. If it has not flowered yet- when it starts to flower- pinch ALL of them off. Let it grow- making sure to pinch those bottom leaves so you have a clear sight of all the soil. Depending on if you’re growing in containers, or the ground- for pots- you can pinch off some of the tops so it grows bushy. If growing in the ground- make sure you have tomatoe cages or stakes. In 1 month- mine just exploded! The reason for pinching the bottom leaves- so you only water the soil. Tomato leaves can’t handle water and they burn very easily- plus in pinching…the stalks grown thicker to hold the weight if the plants as it grows. The reason for pinching off the flowers once or even twice- young tomato plants cannot handle to weight if the tomatoes, and lots of the time the stalks break. Lastly- don’t let your beautiful babies eat any part of a tomato’s plant- it’s very toxic to them (us too to a certain extent- ever get itchy while pruning or planting without gloves! Yup- now I know why!!) just wanted to share that little bit of info. 😊🪴💕🍎

Wondering what’s going on with Darla… when I got her the soil was literally soaked so I let it dry up some and have done some occasional watering.. this particular leaf feels very weak and flimsy and the others don’t feel as strong as they were before either… am I underwatering? Or is it something else? @GracedStrapwort @Luckeecharm1

Growth is just goin crazy right now. I know it must be close to root bound. Not the best pics either really but that much variegation had me staggering lol no fruit or blooms currently it’s in growth phase. Pulled fruit last month variegated pink lemon on left Persian lime on right. had to show the fruits because the colors you can see the stripes a lot more before it’s not fully ripe and starts turning yellow definitely puts on a show I really enjoy this plant 🪴 #HappyPlants #NewGrowth #variegatedplants

My desert rose plant has sparse leaves and they fall off easily. I have her sitting in my window she gets direct light. She’ll grow leaves & sometimes she’ll flower, but the leaves get brown & crispy, then fall off. What am I doing wrong?
