Different Types of Pothos Water 🌱🔬

This post is to help you understand “different” types of #PothosWater for your personal use! I’ve been experimenting different types of Pothos cuttings rooting in water to show y’all how to use your Pothos Water! 💧🔬✨
Scientifically, #Pothos are known to have more Auxin & Cytokinin (natural rooting hormones that are present in all plants), but there are specific Pothos that have an excess amount of them. #GoldenPothos being one of them! Here’s a list of Pothos that you can use to create your Pothos Water to help your plants!
🟢From my experiments, I’ve seen that #GoldenPothos, #GlobalGreenPothos, #njoypothos, #MarbleQueenPothos and #SnowQueenPothos help slow-rooting cuttings ROOT FAST!⚡️I’ve seen roots develop within 16 hours after pairing a cutting with one of these Pothos Cuttings 🌱 I’ve used these with Monsteras, Philodendrons, and succulents!
#SatinPothos, #NeonPothos, #ManjulaPothos, do not help root other cuttings as fast. The cuttings themselves will grow fast, but I haven’t seen them root cuttings as fast as the ones listed first.
❕I’ve not tried with #GlacierPothos, #PearlsNJadePothos, and/or #HarlequinPothos since I don’t own any.
🔴Ones that definitely won’t help as much as the ones listed first are #CebuBluePothos, #JesseniaPothos, and/or #BalticBluePothos because they’re technically “not Pothos” (more scientific stuff I can’t explain lol).

This is super cool!! My snow queen was small but able to sacrifice 1 cutting and it’s been in water a super long time… would it still be producing #PothosWater?

@Sassylimey look at those ROOTS, Sarah! 🤩🤩 they’re looking AMAZING on that ZZ cutting! I don’t think I’ve ever seen thick roots on a ZZ like that before, especially on a cutting! Can you make a post to show off your cutting to #Greggers?

@tango if there are 3+ roots and are longer than than 3-4 inches, I think the natural rooting hormones die down as the cutting establishes full roots!
The cuttings push out these hormones when trying to form and create roots! This is the PEAK time for #PothosWater! 🤩
