Help! I think this is spreading to other plants.

I was gifted these plants a year ago. They looked great and thrived…until recently πŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ I noticed one of the strands had died off. (I forgot to take pic of plant before removing dead). After removing some of the dead leaves (2nd pic) I noticed white fuzzy stuff that doesn’t seem to move. (3rd pic). If I can figure out what it is, I’m hoping to treat to save the plant, but I’m most worried bc my monstera has a new dead leaf, and that’s unusual for her mature leaves. I’m so worried she’s got the funk too. 😣

The white stuff on the last pic looks like mold, probably from the plant already been harmed/dead. It looks rotten to me. Overwatered?
Possibly? It was given to me in the self water pots, they did great outdoors, but maybe not good for indoors? 😭 if they are overwatered, and the fungus is from rot, do I need to worry about surrounding plant friends?
I don't have experience with this plant in self water pots, but I guess the change from outdoor to indoor might have been stressfull and they couldn't handle the water in the reservoar πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ I don't know.

If it is rotten from overwatering at least you can take comfort in that it won't spread to other plants as long as you don't re-use the soil.
If you add some hastags to your post you might get advice from more competent peopleπŸ˜‰

I can't really tell on the last photo, but if you get a magnifying glass, check to make sure it's not mealy bugs (you'll be able to tell if it's a bug).

Hoyas don't like to stay wet, they need well draining soil. Remove from self watering pots and use a chunky soil mix adding coco coir chips if you have them, but at least perlite and smaller orchid bark. You'll also want to ensure it's in not too big of a pot.
