Primrose's need shade and cool areas during hot weather. They may be going into dormancy due to heat. They should be ok when fall arrives. Keep the soil moist but not waterlogged. Root rot can occur if over watered. Cool, Shady, and moist. You may need to bring them indoors for a week or two under a full spectrum light where the temperature is cooler. You should also trim away any damaged limbs to the stalk/base. Remove any shriveled leaves. Doing this will create more air flow. If they are going dormant, it may be cooler weather before you see a big improvement.
If it isn't heat, tell me is it the flowers or leaves wilting...it could be one or more nutrients that it needs.
