Yes little aerial roots. If they creep on the soil they will root and grow new shoots. Keep the plant on the dry side. These are prone to root rot if overwatered.
@CheyenneRed is right, they’re just aerial roots! Very common. They could just mean the plant is reaching out for some extra air moisture, or it wants more room for growth. Here’s a link to an article that talks about them for a little more information:
