@MamaLinne Thank you! Her garden is gorgeous this year. Luann was really sweet, and luckily didn’t get scared by my dog or me. So that was definitely a bounce.
@debbiedo honestly super easy, and I’ll have to show you my little garden out back. Once I go out in a minute, I’ll get a picture. But this year we prepped her garden with granulated Powersi we dug into the soil, and then let it start working into the soil for a month before we planted any plants, then let it do its six months. We then a month after when we plant we put crab and lobster shells on top.

@Idplantthat some of them probably do, they come in different sizes though. I assume they like it warm but not hot.. they are desert animals after all. They like basking in the sun, but they are scared of birds since they're prey
They would probably walk on the road or sidewalk, some are fast and some are slow and never tug on the leash, their bones and insides are fragile!

@izzyandsugar good advice, I’ll make sure to pass it along. I told them I don’t know much about reptiles, other than they and I do not like each other. We happily survive over there, and I happily survive over here. And while I go find them help, I have a disabling fear of snakes 🐍 😂
@captainstardust Oh my gosh! I love her, that’s hilarious. She looks like she’s owning this! What a boss! I love her hammock lay out. I’ll have to send these to my nieces and nephews! Do you mind me asking what you feed this pretty lady? The kids just gave me a list of cacti she eats.
@Idplantthat She eats various greens, dubia roaches, and green hornworms. (Those come from a bug supplier; hornworms found on tomato plants are toxic.) Occasionally a little sweet pepper or banana, which she LOVES, but it’s like dessert to her.
