Good morning #brunchataudreys !
We’ve had a lot of rain here lately following our lovely little bout of snow but I can’t complain about the rain because that just means I’m back to collecting rain water for the bb’s which I’m sure they won’t complain about either 🤷🏼♀️
Yesterday, I was feelin’ some increased stress / anxiety and just didn’t feel like me! So naturally, I ended up at HD & Lowe’s which ended up being a good thing because I left with a bag full of Variegated Hoya Burtoniae & they all together cost 20$ so again, I can’t complain 😂
I’ve included more progress on the Dragon Scale Corm & mother plant as well as VBM who has yet to stop throwing new growth for about two months!! Oh & we can’t forget my happy lil’ shower pothos 😋😇

I wouldn't mind collecting some rainwater, except that my dogs have been tracking a constant supply of mud into the house, so I also wouldn't mind if things dried out a little bit.
I was looking ahead at the monthly forecast, and for my area, temps are dipping and burr-cold through the weekend, but it looks like it may just be our last cold snap!!! 🎉
I don't trust myself at Lowe's or HD right now. LOL! I have too many to comfortably take care of and am starting to feel a bit lackadaisical regarding watering, so adding more would not be far to the new plants. 😁

@BuffCaperspurge @elisenavidad I feel y'all with the anxiety 😶🌫️ Total non reality based thinking on my part. I couldn't even tell you what I'm anxious about! It's ridiculous. I hear it's a common perimenopause "side-effect" although it seems like I've always been this way it's just gotten worse the older I get. 🤷♀️ Anyway, I hope you guys are feeling better today. ❤️🪴
Hi @elisenavidad 💗 I can definitely relate to the stress/anxiety, and gravitating towards “looking” at plants only to come home with a couple of cuties 😂 Thanks for sharing! I’ve been wanting to find some Hoyas at my local Home Depot, Lowe’s, Walmart, Wegmans and what have you, but I’ve just been unlucky with my timing 😭

@princesspitstop I relate to this so much, us anxious people are so used to living with it, that when we don’t have it, we have anxiety as to why we’re anxiety free?? Frustrating!
