Always exciting! Mine tends to put out about 1 leaf per month on average. This li’l’ guy is around a year old and initially came with a ton of root rot. I repotted it from a clear pot (was monitoring roots) to a long-term pot about 2 months ago to give it more room to expand, and I am closely monitoring its soil moisture.
