Can anyone ID this tall grass?

Help me ID this plant!! I found this plant and have no idea what it could be.. maybe some type of tall grass? @ljpowers Where did you find it? That could make a difference. I hope it is the exotic plant but, to me it looks like good old midwestern lawn grass. No one yell at me please…..it just happens to look like the grass in my yard. But less likely if you got it at a plant shop of course!
