How to fertilize Umbrella Tree

Nutrient, fertilizer, and repotting needs for Umbrella Tree: repot after 2X growth

Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.

By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.

To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Umbrella Tree after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Just I hate when i over water my plant because I end up almost attracting gnats.
Super easy to take care of, literally water her once in a huge awhile. They do get big so keep that in mind but super beautiful!

Beautiful plant that grows tall and is easy to look after. However has some sticky residue that needs cleaning off leaves & surfaces every now and then.

I am worried about this one. It was on my mostly shady front porch for about a year and I thought she was doing great. That was until I brought her inside back in January to keep her out of the super gusty winds we were having. Within just a week or two I noticed lots of new growth sprouting at the top so I decided to keep her inside. Since then she’s been thriving with new, wider growth. You can see the difference in leaves in the picture provided. About a week ago, she started dropping her older leaves and I can’t figure out why. Any ideas??

She was very happy outside in the spring.
Now that she is inside during winter she loses leaves out shoots new growth. She is impossible to keep happy.
