3 days ago I decided to put the lettuce root head (what ever you call it) in a jar of water to see if it would grow or not and so far this is the result and I am surprised at how fast it is growing. 😍

Very fun to grow and great for saving money feeding hungry guinea pigs (who are a BIG fan of lettuce!) Definitely worth waiting and looking after!
