I couldn’t help myself. This lovely Philodendron Ring of Fire needed rescuing from my grocery store. How could I resist when he was marked down to $9.99? I was today years old when I learned you can use an old penny in the pot of a philo suffering from copper fungus to stop it. My ring of fire has it bad and I’m digging out a penny to test. 😁. #Philodendron #HappyPlants

Is this a ring of fire? Heyy, found this philodendron in the reduced section and it's just labelled as a philodendron 😂, it looks like it could be a ring of fire but I'm not too sure, what do you think? #philodendron #plantid #greggang #plantsmakepeoplehappy #gregplantshop #plantpeach

I think the pot is too big There were so many roots…. But I think the pot I used ended up being too big. It has been unfurling a damaged leaf for months- should I let that leaf keep trying to open? Should I downpot?

Whoa there $9 at Home Depot. Labelled as Prismacolor golden girl philodendron hybrid. Very pretty leaves. Sprayed with neem oil last night and sprayed with water just now. Going to do my big box repot for pests sake just incase with a removal of substrate and qtip with isopropyl alcohol spa hour. Thinking terra cotta for pot or what? Slight damage to some leaves but otherwise looks fairly healthy.

Leaves are drooping and new leaves are yellow.
