Grows fast, dies back fast. Has a dormancy period but once it’s over it explodes. This is technically edible but the leaves and blooms are pretty. I have had mine outside in pretty direct sunlight for a lot of the day and it doesn’t seem to like the intensity. Part shade would probably be best.

Make sure you pick off the browning blooms before it gets out of hand. The blooms are quite plentiful, but if you give it a shave every once in a while you’ll have no issues. Pretty easy going plant.
