How to fertilize Graptoveria Debbi

Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Graptoveria Debbi after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Is my succulent ready to be repotted into soil? Last month, due their withering/beginning to die, I cut my some of my succulents at the stems (removing all of their roots in the process) as I felt they needed a complete restart. Per some advice I recieved here, I placed the freshly cut succulents over water, with only the very ends of the stems submerged, so they would grow roots faster. This worked magic - in just a few days, the stems in the water had grown baby roots. I left them in for a little over a week, replacing the water regularly, so they’d grow enough to be ready to be replaced into soil. I believe the succulent picture below is ready for this move, but I am questioning a) whether you all agree, and b) whether the roots look healthy, in general. The end does seem a little water logged (as expected) - is that okay, or might it be beginning to rot (or at risk of doing so)? Also, if I do place it back into soil, how long should I wait to water? To preface, I moved some other succulents that had undergone the same process back into their pots after what I thought to be sufficient root growth, and they ended up declining pretty quickly (one stem rotted, so I had to cut it again and restart; the other dried out and lost a bunch of leaves). If you’re familiar with this process, any advice or pointers would be greatly appreciated 🙏🏽

Am I doing things right? #Graptoveria

Well, that’s definitely one way to keep my hands off while it develops new roots... at least I won’t have to worry about pests😅 #SucculentSquad #OutdoorGrowing #BeneficialBugs

I noticed that there appears to be roots coming off the stem , is this normal?

Stressing Succulents for Color Indoors. Tips & Advice Wanted! #SucculentLove #SucculentSquad #Succulents #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict Hey plant friends! I’ve been diving into the world of succulents and learned that “stressing” them can bring out some amazing colors: pinks, purples, reds, and deep blues. All of mine are grown indoors near a bright south-facing window in Connecticut, and while they’re healthy and firm, most lost their bright colors and are staying more green than colorful. I am sharing the recent success I had bringing my Graptoveria Ruby Donna from green to purple using a grow light in addition to the natural light. But it isn’t working yet for others so would like some advice. From what I’ve read, stress like more light, less water, cooler night temps, or tighter pots can help boost pigmentation. I’d love to hear what’s worked for you when trying to enhance color indoors, especially without harming them. Drop your tips, tricks, or even cautionary tales. I’d love to learn from your experience! Photos of your colorful indoor succulents welcome too! Photos 1 and 2 show my success and 3 before when it was mostly green.
