Some propagation updates 🌱 for #succulentsaturday I repotted a few of them in a size bigger pot, because they seemed to need more room a bit quicker then I expected. I also started some new props, of my Moonstone & Sedeveria ‘Lilac Mist’ (Sedeveria will be in comment section). The Sedeveria actually took like two weeks to even start rooting but they have all started growing roots 🙏🏻 as well as the moonstone, I also have a random Graptopetalum Superbum & graptoveria Opalina that have started rooting as well (not pictured). 1. Forgot to post these the other day, for #WhatTheSuccWednesday #WhereIsWhatTheSuccWednesday 💚 1. Varigated Melon Spurge, her baby is getting so big! If I wanted to ever separate them, how would I go about that? Would I slice it off with a clean tool? Or would I kinda tug and twist it ? Should I wait for it to get bigger ? I normally don’t separate my babies/pups but I would love to have another one of these! 2. Graptoveria ‘Opalina’ , I love how she is constantly changing colors! 3. Crown Of Thorns ‘Bicolor’ , I’m still learning her habits & preferences, I currently have her outside in full sun, and water once a week because she seems to get droopy pretty quick if I don’t. I bottom soak her and let her dry out completely before I water again. Any tips on this one would be appreciated! 🌱 4. Prolific Echeveria, it’s grown lots of of babies, but there is this one super long growth & I’m not sure what that’s about. This emerged around the same time it flowered, at first I thought it was another flower stalk, but it’s not clearly 🤣 I’m just wondering why it’s so long ? It gets plenty of light, I didn’t know if there was a name or reason for this? Her other babies are much more compact and closer to the mother. 5. Decided to plant my props in pots today, I was gonna try to wait till they dropped the mother leaf but I figured why not just go ahead and do it. I didn’t have enough pots for all of them but I’m glad I got some of them in their own home. Also some #BloomingSuccs updates 2. Graptoveria ‘Debbie’ had started to grow what looked like flower stalks, but since has slowed down because of weather changes I think. Still not sure if they are flowers or not. 3&4. Moonstone flower is getting longer and bigger and it put off another flower recently! I hope I get to see them before it gets too cold! 5. Arizona rainbow cactus , I mean look at those colors! Just to pretty not to post 🌈 it looks small but believe me it has grown since I got it! It’s technically hump day since it’s after 12:00am.. so happy hump day #GregGang 🐫 Today I did a Fall planter at my moms with Kale, variegated lariope & celosia. Some #BloomingSuccs for today’s #succulentsunday post 🌸 1-2. Graptoveria Moonstone, looks like we may have a bloom stalk peeking out 🫣🤞🏻 she really needs a new phot but I don’t even have one big enough for her! 3. Update on my Graptoveria ‘Debbie’, the blooms stalks are maturing, at first I for sure thought they were blooms; but today they look like they could even possibly be pups? Idk what do you guys think? Hope everyone is having a good weekend, me and my boyfriend spent most of the day doing chores & running errands. We had to get a new tire after having a flat, go grocery shopping, & power washed the side walk and front porch. 😅 I did lots of plant chores; drilled a hole in my new pot, did some propagation trays, bottled my rain water for the plants, & took some pictures for Greg! Graptoveria ‘Francesca’ got a repot today, I just love this new pot. it’s got the cutest little beetles & flowers sculpted into it. I love teracotta pots pretty 😍 that have unique markings or shapes. I love all the different colors that are showing up on this beauty right now. One More Late Night Succulent Post 🌌🌔🌿 1. Echeveria ‘Perle Von Nurnberg’ - she recently got a repot & is doing well! I just love how her colors are constantly changing based on temp & lighting. 2-3. Graptoveria ‘Moonglow’ - I’m loving the lower orange/yellow/red tips, & the powdery mint blue on the newer leaves… it has lots of babies too! 🥺 4. Sedeveria ‘Lilac Mist’ - I have 3 heads of this cultivar & after loosing my last 3, I’ve been able to care for these guys a bit better. By giving them less water & watering less frequently, with lots of sun. All 3 stalks have recently started putting off babies, (will post babies in comments). Right now this one is showing a muted lavender with the newest leaves at the top & a lime green on the older lowest leaves. 🌿 5. Pachyphytum Oviferum also known as ‘Moonstone’, this one clearly needs a larger pot.. but like I said in my previous post I’m lacking in the large pot department right now 😂😂 it’s doing a mean lean, because it’s gotten so top heavy. Happy Friday #GregGang 😎🌿 I’m looking forward to this 3-day weekend. I did some repotting/upgrading today, two of them were sick not to long ago but seem to be bouncing back now, thank the Plant Gods! 🤭 1. Kiwi Aeonium, moved from a 3 inch glazed clay pot to a 5 inch terracotta pot, I also moved it back outside in my screened in porch. 2. Pearl Echeveria, recently was chopped and propped after it got to much rain & rotted, I was able to re-root & it’s now taking well to being back In a pot & back outside, It’s now in a 3 inch glazed clay pot. 3. Graptoveria Titubans Variegata, this one was also chopped & propped after its stem rotted & it flopped over after a lot of rain, I re-rooted under grow lights, put it in a 1 inch terracotta pot till it had enough roots to be moved into a 3 inch terracotta pot. It was also moved back outdoors onto my shaded porch as well. 4. Echeveria Compressicaulis, moved this up to a 3.5 inch terracotta pot & also moved to an area with more shade instead of direct sun all day. 5. Peanut Cactus, this cutie was actually repotted last week, into a 3.5 inch terracotta pot, its babies are getting so big, it only was one piece when I got it almost a year ago, (it had no pups/arms). I missed #WhatTheSuccWednesday #WhereIsWhatTheSuccWednesday so here are some pictures from today. 1. Bloom from my mystery Echeveria 2. My Graptoveria ‘Opalina’ is getting chubbier, & getting bigger 🤩 3. Another #BloomingSucc my Echeveria (I think) Blue sky..? It has changed colors since I got it, so I’m not 100% sure if it’s the correct ID. (This plant is the one tagged in the post.. ‘Fiona’.) 4. Sedum Clavatum has really grown so much since I got it last year, (it was two very small heads when I got it from Mountain Crest Gardens), it has trippled in size and is doing great. 5. Happy Monday 😒 I barely had any sleep last night so I will be going back to bed here soon… but first coffee and succulents! These pictures were from yesterday. Photo 1- Echeveria ‘Artic Ice’ this curvy piece of wisteria wood has been on an old basketball pole in my boyfriends back yard for about 15+ years, we were able to get it off the pole without breaking it and he gave me the idea of putting a pot in it 😄 I love how it looks, I love to collect pieces of wood, rocks, lichen and all types of nature souvenirs 😅 this piece easily has became my new favorite. Photo 2- Echeveria ‘Green Pearl’ is blushing showing off that beautiful pink and green combo 🍬 Photo 3- Graptoveria ‘Moonglow’ has put off lots of babies and they are getting bigger. Found some more succulent babies on some succs that are new! first is my pachyveria little jewel, it has two bigger offsets but the small one is new. 2. My graptoveria titubans variegata has its first baby! It’s super tiny but I’m so excited! It’s one of my faves! 3. Graptosedum California sunset that I almost killed is regrowing.. yay ! 🤣 4. I posted about my moon silver snake plant pup last week, but it’s got another very small one to the left of it! 5. Succulent repots I did yesterday 🪴 All of my succulents haven’t been upgraded to bigger pots, or given fresh dirt since last summer or even spring. I finally got around to repotting some that really needed more space & fresh dirt. •1-3 - pickle plant that got new dirt & a new pot. I also hadn’t watered it in months, but it somehow STILL has grown 3 new babies (pictured in photos 2 & 3).
