How to fertilize Gerbera piloselloides
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Gerbera piloselloides after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Was beautiful last night but. Ow this evening it’s super unhappy. The petals are drooping and leaves are browning. Something has definitely been eating it too I think. Should I quarantine it? The other two pots are doing great so I don’t want it to spread to them too. We had a few days constant rain so I let the soil get a bit dry before watering again today as I was afraid of overwatering it. Please send help for my lil guy! #zinnia #CommonZinnia #help #helpneeded #SOS #petaldroop #PestsAndPlants #HappyPlants #PlantTherapy #NewPlantMom #PestControl #FloweringPlants

This plant has reached the end of its natural lifespan. After dealing with 5 premature plant deaths in a very short time. This in a way is a relief and I am proud to have been able to give this guy a good full life. I estimate this individual lived 2.5 years. Species: Gerbera daisy Name: Captain Plant-it

It has spots not sure what to do I received this plant from my mom. She knows nothing about plants and I know nothing about plants. She bought me a snake plant and I've managed to keep it alive. So I decided you know what let's buy some more, I mentioned it to my mom and she got super happy and bought me this one. I don't want it to die, I'm not sure if it's a fungal infection, bacteria or water issue or if it's normal. Can anyone help please 🙏🏽

What is wrong with my gerbera? Hello! New plant parent here. Can you please help me figure out what this white residue is on my gerbera and what should I do? I tried to wipe it off with water and sponge, but it didn’t work much. Is this the dreaded fungus? What should I do?

Help with gerbera Hey everybody, yesterday my gerbera started to droop some leaves and when I looked, the bottom ones where turning yellow. The flowers that came with her all dried already and there is 2 babies ready to come up (but they stopped growing and only new leaves are coming up). I water once a week from the top and use regular soil. I was using a liquid compost npk 7-5-6 once a week, but I stopped for the last 2 weeks. I would appreciate any advice! I've ready so many posts about it but they only made me more confused 😕

Poor baby needs some help 😭 This gerbera. She was so lovely last August. Now she’s clinging onto life 😭 We’ve recently moved house and so I’m still figuring out the best placement for my plants light wise, so I’m not sure if this is a result of this. As you can see from the pics, she ain’t doing too well. I stick to a regular water schedule through Greg (though in the old house I ended up watering her more often), though occasionally my mum will water her just because, so overwatering may be a bit of an issue. I’ve not seen these colourings on any of my plants before, any ideas? #Gerbera #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #PlantTherapy #PlantCorner
