How to fertilize Echeveria Martin's Hybrid

Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Echeveria Martin's Hybrid after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Hi everyone! I just got my new echeveria last week and after a few days to adjust, I started introducing it to a grow light. It is in a more well lit area of my house but the sun is not very bright at all since it’s winter. I’ll be changing the pot and starting to use succulent soil today! Right now it’s the way that I purchased it. But I noticed this little growth happening and was curious if this is a good sign. I also plan to water today and using a little bit of fertilizer. This is my first time ever taking care of these so I have a lot to learn #Echeveria #NewGrowth #succulents #succulentgrowth #succulentcare #echeveriacare

What's wrong with my Echeveria Afterglow? Is it over watered? #echeveria

What would cause this texture? Does this look like scarring from overwatering on my 'angel kissed' echeveria? It's been having a bit of a rough time from the get-go. As soon as I got home I repotted it because we've been told the soil in the plants at our walmart has been very bad this year, and immediately I pulled out two hidden mushy bottom leaves. Like, disintegrated in my fingers type of mushy. I've seen enough plants to at least know they were not normal. Then I found three egg-sack looking things on the bottom of three separate lower leaves. I wiped them off, took a picture and have been treating with neem oil and quarantined. #help #Echeveria #NewPlantMomProblems

So excited to see it started to bloom! But as a new owner is there anything I should be worried about with how long the flower stem is? (About a foot long!) Or this spider web sack looking thing at the bottom of the stem? #Echeveria

When to snip bloom? My mini #echeveria has been teasing out a bloom for months now and the first flower officially openned! Looks like there might be eight more on the stalk? I think some of yall have said some succulents die after they flower. Is this one of them? Now that I've had my fun should I cut it off? Or can I let it run it's course?
