How to fertilize Dracaena 'Yellow Coast'
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.

To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Dracaena 'Yellow Coast' after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Michael’s leaves are bleached and we’ve moved him to the shade and have been watering him a little more but it’s not seeming to get better. Any idea if I’m overwatering? He has drainage and a cactus soil with lava rock on top to avoid extra moisture
