Finding light for Aphelandra in your home
a window
Aphelandra may have difficulty thriving, and will drop leaves 🍃, without ample sunlight.
Place it less than 3 feet from a south-facing window to maximize the potential for growth.
Select your region to see how the current weather in your area affects the placement of Aphelandra in your home 🏡.
How to fertilize Aphelandra
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Aphelandra after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Droopy Leaves :( #ZebraPlant hi! My Zebra plant is droopy, leaves and the flowers. I have cut off the brown leaves but the bottom ones tips are a little brown as well. It was in a sunny spot so I moved it to a spot with indirect light a week ago. It is outdoors. Any help would be amazing, thank you!

Should my zebra be repotted? #ZebraPlant Not sure if my zebra should be repotted or take one out and put it in a different pot? He seems to be doing ok with his twin in there, but not sure if he would do better in a bigger pot or with his twin in another pot. I’m not sure how to separate the roots if I were to separate the two. Would a bigger pot just be better? I’m also not sure if they are ok with being root bound and how to check if they are. They do seem to suck up the water rather quickly. #help

Zebra plant I bought this at Lowe’s from the clearance rack this morning. Tonight it lost both leaves and the flower bud. The roots are abundant and white. Will it sprout new leaves? Should I hold on to it? #ClearanceSectionRescueBabies #ZebraPlant
