Finding light for Stingray Plant in your home
a window
Stingray Plant may have difficulty thriving, and will drop leaves 🍃, without ample sunlight.
Place it less than 3 feet from a south-facing window to maximize the potential for growth.
Select your region to see how the current weather in your area affects the placement of Stingray Plant in your home 🏡.
How to fertilize Stingray Plant
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Stingray Plant after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

I think I have a Chinese Taro but it’s not entirely sure. When I got it, it had larger leaves but now it looks leggy and has smaller leaves. It’s been under a grow light the entire time I’ve had it. It just doesn’t look right. #ChineseTaro

My baby Black Velvet Pink variegated alocasia gave me an all pink leaf 😍. I know it won’t keep the leaf but it’s still so cute!
