Soft leaves, and mold spots ?
My new graptoveria was super healthy and happy when I got it. I repotted with a very well draining soil mix, and watered it because it seemed dehydrated once I moved it to my grow light area. Its leaves have became soft, but not translucent, as well as a few spots that look like powdery mildew popping up on some leaves. I watered it once and treated with fungicide and insecticide, but itβs not seeming to firm back up yet. I canβt figure out whatβs going on if itβs dehydrated, sick or overwatered. Leaves havenβt dropped but they are soft? #SucculentLove #SucculentSquad #PestControl #PlantInfo #GreggersSupportingGreggers #GregGang #Succulents #Succulent #PlantAddict

@SvelteKingfern I keep it inside and itβs been dry and cold but I think I donβt have enough airflow on my plant shelf, between the plants. Creating spores etc. also they showed up right after repotting and watering if I recall correctly.
Are you sure that it's mould? Cold conditions, not enough ventilation and just being watered (and/or higher humidity) can cause oedema, and this looks like oedema to me.
You see, when a succulent has just been watered, and it's cold over there, (+not good ventilation ) the leaves can't evaporate water in cold weather soon enough. The water gathers in the leaves, just under the "skin", can't be evaporated, and this causes "blisters" (oedema).

@SvelteKingfern yes this seems possible too, but the spots almost had a fuzziness to it before I removed it but maybe it was ferina and paired with the raised bumps made me think this
@SvelteKingfern thanks, for the help. Iβm gonna try to work on the temp and moisture control to prevent rot or fungal probs
Hey @TidyTigerpear I might also try holding off on the water longer than recommended. Let her dry out really well if you suspect over watering. I had to do that with one of mine. I waited untill there were unmistakable sign of dehydration before I watered and I adjusted ghe fluid amount down. It took a little while but it worked for me. Good Luck that's a beautiful baby.
@Stall54Jo yes Iβm gonna do that! I agree with waiting till Iβm absolutely sure about the water thing. Iβve done this before and it can save plants lol!
